Quest Food and Menus

Quest Food Management Services Inc. provides food services for students at Lincolnshire-Prairie View District 103. Quest believes the variety of food, cuisine, and dining experience students have available to them shouldn’t stop at the doors of their school. That’s why Quest offers a program based on cooking fresh food from scratch, assembled-to-order menu options, healthy choices that are flavorful and appealing, and offering an inviting dining experience for all.

Quest Food Management Services was founded in 1985 in Lombard, Illinois, with the goal of providing fresh, made from scratch food and intensely personal service. Today, Quest has grown to serve over 80 educational institutions in 110+ facilities across Chicagoland.

Quest was ranked #34 in Food Management Magazine’s Top 50 food management companies in the United States for 2018, up six spots from last year and rated as one of the fastest growing companies in our industry.

Notes: You may also choose to fund the student lunch account by check or cash (no fees). Please make the check payable to Quest, and place the check/cash in an envelope indicating the student ID number, name, grade and school. Bring the envelope to the school office. You can also use a single check to fund multiple student lunch accounts; simply include directions on how to split the amount between student ID numbers. Remember to include student names, grades and schools.

Food Allergy Disclaimer

Quest Food Management Services, Inc. makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those with food allergies. Every effort is made to instruct our food production staff on the severity of food allergies.

Lincolnshire D103 consults individually with students who have food allergies to minimize allergic reactions. Please be advised that our menu items may contain allergens, may have come in contact with items containing allergens, and there is always a risk of contamination or cross-contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial food we use could change the formulation or substitute at any time, without notice.

Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Lincolnshire D103 will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at Lincolnshire D103.

The top eight allergens in each menu item will be displayed at points of service and sale in the cafeteria. These icons will guide students, staff, and visitors in making safe nutritional choices.
